Gotland ram Sterling with 50% Gotland ewes Brandy and Bailey.
First breeding group is 75%Gotland Sterling with his 4 maiden ewes. Two white 37.5% Gotland/Finns and 2 50% Gotland/25Shetland/25Finn girls (they are the darker ewes).
Bailey is in the white coat...she was the smallest ewe lamb and I think she may be staying small like a Shetland. Bailey also has the most grey of all the dark lambs.
So any lambs will be 56% and 62.5% Gotland.
Above and below pic show my 7 month old lamb Lilly. She has really grown nicely and has beautiful, lustrous fleece. You can see in the pic above that she still has her dark spot on her nose and front leg.

Lilly is in the second breeding group along with her mom Lacey, and her grandma Apple. Lilly is 37.5% Gotland/Finn.
Apple is the only remaining ewe from 2009. Their ram is 75% Gotland Sebastion. Sebastion's fleece is darker and denser than Sterling, but Sterling's fleece is finer. So hopefully the lambs will have both characteristics in their fleece. I expect some of the lambs born next year from the white GotlandX ewes to have the Gotland grey colour.
The rams got right down to work immediately and even the maiden ewes were not being shy!
Here's my beautiful Finn ewe Lacey who was born on the farm last spring. This will be her second breeding. I hope she doesn't have 5 lambs like her mom Apple did!
