Lots of Natural Greys

Narragansett scarf in handspun rose-grey Alpaca. I am knitting this with double yarn so it is actually 4 ply...very dense and such an amazing colour....... slow going on 2.75mm needles. I plan on knitting the matching hat too. Stll working on my Qiviut and cria Alpaca laceweight blend from here http://gypsyspinner.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Finished 3 ply worsted weight Coopworth. I still have the light silvery Coopworth fleece left.
Navajo-plyed yearling silver Mohair and pale grey Shetland.

Very pretty! I might try to ply my light grey with darker grey after seeing how pretty yours turned out. Do you find your blends spin differently then your 100% roving?

I'm so pragmatic - so what's the triple-ply gray going to be? Sorry. It's an affliction.

Wow. That quiviut/alpaca laceweight is truly a labor of love. So beautiful and fine. I love the cool silvery grays too-

Yes!!! Can you believe it I started spinning again after a long break. I have to say seeing your spinning and your scarf was a good kick start. ;) You've raised the bar pretty high Jody with your skill in spinning. Love the pictures!

What a beautiful array of greys! I think natural grey is my favorite of all yarn colors.
The Naragansett scarf and hat are going to be so pretty - love that pattern.
I'd love to just feel that qiviut/cria fiber/yarn - yummmm.
